Gilded mirror, antique brass lamp and solid oak flooring

A house from 1900, in the heart of Arad

Writer's Street Residence

Solid oak flooring, carefully restored old doors, and new industrial accents — a century-old house that wears its age with dignity.

Old and new, together

A restoration that keeps its character

The house is over 120 years old. Rather than erasing the marks of time, we chose to highlight them: the original oak flooring was restored, not replaced, and the massive wooden doors kept their period ironwork.

Onto this backdrop we added new elements with a character of their own — black industrial lamps, quietly contemporary furniture — so that every room tells the story of a house that has lived, and keeps on living.
